Silent Disco Sound Bath is a fully immersive, transformational sound experience blending music, sound healing and guided rest to create a deeply calming, otherworldly atmosphere. Shut out the world and be guided into a state of quantum rest - creating deeper relaxation, emotional reset and a level of immersion rarely accessed in traditional group settings.
